Kathryn, so glad to learn about @cleanfoodcrush! I have 2 spaghetti squashes on my counter right now with a huge bowl of tomatoes from a friend's garden and wasn't sure what to do with them tonight. I immediately found a delicious looking skillet recipe on the IG feed you mentioned and will be making that. Thanks for the idea!
