THE GRAND MAGNOLIA: A BED AND BREAKFAST

As I told you guys in Tuesday's post, my oldest son got engaged last weekend in Mobile. We rented a house for a few days there, and then on the way home we decided to stay one night in Mississippi, where my husband is from. He wanted to see the house he grew up in, and do a few other things. We found a bed and breakfast online called The Grand Magnolia.

It was such a pretty place that I decided to snap some pictures and show it to you. Warning: I took a bunch of pictures. These may not be the best quality, they are all from my phone, but you can still appreciate the beauty of the furnishings and grounds. And if you're going to be in Pascagoula, Mississippi, anytime soon, I've found you a place to stay.

The foyer.

The powder bath at the end of the foyer hallway.

To the left of the entrance is a living space. Such a calming blue.

On the right, across the hall from this room, there is a large dining area.

When you exit the dining room, there's a beautiful hallway that leads to a large breakfast area for communal eating and visiting.

The kitchen was adorable. Pretty colors and glass cabinetry.

Right outside the room with the community table is the back door, where we first entered, and another small sitting/reading area.

The room we were in.

Bathroom.

Lots of pretty details.

The front porch and the side porch outside of our room.

And to finish up, I'll show you some of the landscaping. It was fabulous, too!

Hope you enjoyed the tour. If you go, tell them I sent you. :-)
